What is your shipping policy?

Welcome to  Anna Sidi Website. By accessing this website or purchasing an artwork, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Anna Sidi sells original, one-of-one sculptural artworks created by Bec Stevens. By using this website, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable Irish laws.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

We aim to ship all packages within 4 days. All items are wrapped in bubble wrap and come in protective packaging / Crates for fragile Artworks.

Artwork & Product Information

  • All artworks are original, one-of-one pieces

  • Variations in texture, finish, and form are part of the artistic process

  • Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences

  • All product images are representative of the final artwork.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros

  • Prices may change without notice

  • Payments are processed securely.

  • Anna Sidi does not store or have access to payment details.

DOMESTIC

Standard shipping rates apply. We ship to all countries through DPD and DHL couriers.

INTERNATIONAL

Standard shipping rates apply. We ship to all countries through DPD, Anpost, or other Couriers depending on the size of the parcel / Crate.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original artwork, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an artwork arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photographs of the damage are required

  • Each case will be assessed case-by-case

You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major faults as defined by law.

Where applicable, a refund or alternative resolution will be offered.
